Bhd.); (ii) with any other agencies and/or (iii) with any financial institution, to enable us to ascertain your status or to help us make any decisions, for example when we need to (a) check details in applications for credit and credit-related services or other facilities; (b) manage credit and credit-related accounts or facilities, including conducting reviews of your portfolios; (c) recover debts and/or for any purpose relating to the account/facility under this agreement. You will be linked by credit reporting/reference agencies to any other names you use or have used, and any joint and several applicants. You agree that we may also share information about you and how you manage your accounts/facilities with relevant credit reporting/reference agencies, and for any of these credit reporting/reference agencies to disclose your credit information to its subscribers for purposes of fraud detection and fraud prevention.

     

    You will at any time have the option to withdraw any consent given earlier. In such instances, we will have the right to refuse to provide, or to discontinue the provision of any product, service, account and/or facility that is/are linked with such information, by giving you at least 3 business days' prior written notice.

     

    We reserve the right to amend this privacy clause from time to time with at least twenty-one (21) calendar days' prior written notice to you.

     

    For the purposes of this privacy clause, the E-Ways Group consists of E Fective Ways Marketing and all its related companies (as defined in Section 7 of the Companies Act 2016) and jointly controlled companies that provide financial and other regulated services, excluding companies, branches, offices and other forms of presence operating outside Malaysia. The words "us", "we" and "our" when used in this privacy clause are to be read as references to the E-Ways Group.

     

    This clause is without prejudice to any other clause in these Terms and Conditions which provides for the disclosure of information.

    There may be instances when hyperlinks to third parties' websites (including hyperlinks to the websites of any regulatory authorities such as Bank Negara Malaysia) are included on this Website.     Fulfillment Policy 

     

    As a credit consultancy agency, our service fulfillment is focused on ensuring a smooth and successful loan application process for our clients. Below are the details of our fulfillment policy:

     

     

    Service Initiation: 

    Upon receiving all required documentation and details from the client, we will begin the loan application process. Our consultants will conduct an initial assessment to determine the client’s eligibility for the loan.

    We will communicate the expected timeline for application completion and follow up with regular updates.

     

     

    Consultation and Submission:

    Our team will provide personalized credit advice to help optimize the client’s loan application. We will submit all required paperwork to the relevant financial institutions on the client’s behalf.

     

     

    Approval Process:

    Once the application is submitted, we will liaise with the lender and keep the client informed of the progress. In case of any additional documentation or queries from the lender, we will assist in providing the necessary responses.

     

     

    Completion:

    After the loan is approved, we will notify the client and provide guidance on the next steps for disbursement. Our service will be considered fulfilled once the loan is successfully granted.

     

     

     

    Return / Refund Policy

     

    As our services are related to consultancy and financial loan applications, refunds are generally not applicable. However, we are committed to transparency and client satisfaction. Below is our return/refund policy:

     

     

    Service Fees:

    All service fees related to loan consultation and processing are agreed upon before the commencement of our services. These fees cover administrative costs, credit advisory, and application processing, and they are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

     

     

    Cancellation Policy:

    If a client decides to cancel our services before we have initiated the loan application process, a partial refund may be considered, subject to a deduction for any preliminary work or consultation provided. Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing within 7 days of the service agreement.

     

     

    Non-Refundable Situations:

    In cases where the loan application has been submitted to the lender, no refunds will be issued, even if the loan is not approved by the financial institution.Refunds are not applicable if the client fails to provide the necessary documents or fails to meet the lender’s criteria.

     

     

    Exceptional Cases:

    If there are any disputes regarding the service provided, we encourage clients to contact us directly. We will review each case individually to find a fair resolution.We aim to provide excellent service and ensure that our clients have a seamless experience during their loan application process.
